Hot Pilates involves the class taking place in a temperature up to 35 degrees. Using infrared heaters to give the body an opportunity to detox and sweat and mirrors physical exercise of a hot outdoor climate. Drawing inspiration from Barre elements adding dynamic sequences using light weights or resistance bands to sculpt and tone. We mimic Reformer benefits using props like small balls and bands, challenging your coordination and control.

This class is suitable for complete beginners, those with injuries or experienced students who prefer to take a class at a slightly slower pace. You will be guided through how the machine works and the principles of reformer Pilates: breathwork, posture, stability and alignment.

This class incorporates the principles of our introduction levels but provides more of a variety of challenges to really help strengthen and tone the body. Our experienced Pilates teachers will guide you carefully through a range of exercises to work the whole of the body.
