A. Our child swim passes are available for newborn babies and up to 16 years old.
A: Due to our limit on capped numbers for quality purposes, anybody who is in the pool area, swimming or not, must book a pass and book into the pool.
A. Our full price monthly memberships are on a rolling monthly basis, however, you can cancel your membership at any time. We just require at least a week’s notice before the due date of the next scheduled direct debit.
A. Yes, our single pay as you go options are valid for 2 weeks from the day of purchase. Our 5 pass credit packs are valid for 2 months from the day of purchase days and our 10 pass credit packs are valid for 3 months from the day of purchase.
A. You will receive an email from Kisi up to 30 minutes before your booked activity. The email will contain a link and simple instructions to follow. Please do check your junk/spam folder as it may arrive in there.
A. Our app doesn’t accept one customer being able to book into 2 overlapping activities, however, there is a very simple solution to this so that you can book a class and overlapping swim session. Please contact us at info@knightshealthandfitness.co.uk so we can help you via the app.
