At Knights Health and Fitness, outside of the class and swim timetable, we look forward to offering you a variety of workshops which will enhance your health and fitness experience and offer everyone something a little different.  Through relaxation, fun, sound and education, here is our workshop menu which is available book via our Knights Health and Fitness App.

Water Floating Sound Bath

Join Katie Louise for an evening of vibrational medicine to gently float away, literally float on water! Our floating water sound bath will take place in our luxurious swimming pool where you will comfortably lay on single size waterproof inflatable beds to very gently float on water.  As a sound healer, Katie Louise has a deep understanding of the power of frequency and its ability to affect our emotions and overall well-being.

Through her work, she helps people connect back to their heart, allowing them to transmute any old energy, activating new energy to align with their higher self to lead a more fulfilling and heart based life.  Coming back to your luminous self.

Using a variety of instruments and vocal transmissions, she helps people connect with their own unique energy and tap into the power of the universe to achieve energetic alignment. Katie is a graceful, feminine space holder who believes in the combination of holding a space and working in harmony with nature. Vibrational medicine – brings you back home to your body and heart. Katie looks forward to welcoming you.  Assistance will be provided in helping you on and off the waterbeds.  Loose, comfortable clothing to be worn.

Acoustic Yoga Flow & Chill

Where acoustic meets asanas (yoga postures).  Welcoming back the collaboration between Hayley and Dave to another live music yoga workshop.  A feel good Sunday night chill where you will be guided through two classes accompanied by the sweet soothing sounds of live guitar playing.

Join Hayley and Dave with their carefully curated acoustic playlist.  Hayley will be offering a traditional Vinyasa yoga flow followed by a deeply nurturing Restorative practice.  As you flow, move, breathe and restore, tune into the acoustic sounds played by Dave, who has over 20 years experience of playing and teaching music.

Embrace the Seasons:
Cacao, Yin and Yoga Nidra

As the seasons shift, take some time for yourself with Helen’s soothing yin and yoga nidra workshop. Begin with a grounding meditation to centre your mind and body – enhance your experience with optional ceremonial-grade cacao, opening your heart to deeper relaxation. Then, flow into a Yin Yoga practice thoughtfully designed to harmonize with the energy of the current season.  Conclude with a serene Yoga Nidra session, inviting you to drift deeply but consciously to find calm and rejuvenation.

Yoga Breathwork

Yoga breathing offers many of the same benefits as meditation. It’s easy to learn, can be practiced anywhere, and is effective at shifting your mood. Join Helen to learn the science of breathing, take part in some individual breath tests to understand your capacity baseline, and practice several breath techniques that you can apply at different times of day to change how you feel.

Leave feeling calm, relaxed and equipped with simple techniques you can use daily to support your wellbeing.
