Georgina
Georgina has been teaching yoga for 5 years and loves every second! Georgina holds her 200hr Yoga Teacher Training in addition to being qualified in pre-natal and post-natal yoga, Yin yoga and Menopause yoga.
Yoga for Georgina started as an escape from the busy day and not having to think. It is also a connection to her body, the place she calls home.
Her favourite class is 100% hot yoga, any excuse to get sweaty!
Georgina loves meeting new people day in day out and sharing their yoga journey and life along the way. It’s the community yoga brings she loves the most.
If you can’t find her teaching or attending a class you’ll find Georgina out walking with her lovable Labrador Angus, swimming or nose deep in a book in the sauna at Knights!
Phil
Phil is one of our yoga and Pilates teachers. Phil started teaching Pilates due to it being recommended to him for rehabilitating an old sporting injury (spinal fracture). He felt the benefit almost straight away and then thought he needed to spread the word to help many others. Then to go on to study and teach Yoga was a natural progression for him and he finds both practices equally as good for keeping his body and mind in excellent health.
Phil brings a wealth of experience in teaching mat-based Pilates for 21 years, yoga for 4 years and recently added Reformer Pilates to his offering.
He enjoys seeing people change from coming into the class stressed and overwhelmed to leaving feeling peaceful and relaxed.
Phil’s favourite types of yoga are flow classes such as Vinyasa and in his spare time he enjoys weight training and running.

Katie
Katie is our magical sound healer, who on a monthly basis, holds space at Knights to deliver our extremely popular water floating sound baths.
Katie has been on a healing and transformational journey for over a decade. Throughout this time, she has explored numerous healing modalities. What truly helped her work through her trauma was sound healing and somatic movement practices, which is now the core of what she offers to others. Her path to sound healing became clear to her whilst deep in the jungle of Costa Rica. It was there that she felt inspired to use sound and movement as tools for healing. Following this revelation, she completed two courses in sound healing over the span of a year and has been hosting events and ceremonies ever since. When not engaged in sound healing, you can find Katie walking her rescue dog, Filbert, in the forest, enjoying ecstatic dance (she loves to dance), practicing yoga and creating artwork for oracle decks for a publishing company. Katie is passionate about integrating wellness into everyday life, believing it should be accessible to everyone and not just a luxury. She is dedicated to empowering others to believe in themselves and their capacity to transform and become the best version of themselves. Her own journey has been one of self-discovery, self-healing, and cultivating self-love. Katie believes in the importance of feeling good in life, and her goal is to spread that sense of magic and inspiration in any way she can.
