Beginner’s Yoga

When you’re brand new to yoga, it can feel intimidating and be difficult to know exactly where and how to get started.  Starting with a Beginners class will help you gain confidence and an understanding whilst at the same time start on your journey of movement, breathwork and slowly build your strength and improve your fitness.  You will recognise through a consistent and mindful practice the improvement it will make to your balance and stability in both your mental and physical body.  Leave your worries and nerves at the door.  Beginners Yoga is also suitable for more experienced yogis who would like to opt for a slower paced class.

Hot Yoga

Hot Yoga

Hot Yoga offers a dynamic and flowing practice that combines movement, breath and mindfulness in a temperature up to 35 degrees.  Using infrared heaters to give the body an opportunity to detox, sweat and mirrors physical exercise of a hot outdoor climate.  This class is suitable for individuals of all levels, from beginners to experienced yogis.

This class is characterised by the seamless connection between breath and movement. In this class, you’ll transition from one pose to another, creating a continuous flow of postures, promoting a sense of meditation in motion.

Offering numerous benefits, including increased strength, flexibility, and balance. It also helps improve posture, relieve stress, and promote overall physical and mental well-being.  Whether you are seeking to deepen your yoga practice or simply unwind and de-stress, this class provides a nurturing, supportive and a hot environment!

Iron Yoga

A combination of yoga with strength and resistance using dumbbells and kettlebells.

A unique and challenging practice exploring traditional yoga asanas (poses) with aspects of upper body focus for a full body workout.

This class supports you in increasing your flexibility with gaining strength and tone for muscles, keeping them active along with supporting your joints.  It also provides you with an opportunity to sharpen mental focus and concentration.

During this class, different weight sizes will be available to you which are suitable for your current level of fitness.  Whilst the weights will be used of over half of the class during, it is completely optional should you wish to use them for all of the various elements offered to you.

Hot Iron Yoga

Restorative Yoga

Restorative yoga is a restful practice that is all about slowing down and resting body and mind. If you take a restorative class, you may hardly move at all, doing just a few postures over the course of an hour.

Restorative yoga is suitable for all levels. Asanas (poses) are held for a longer duration using props like yoga blocks, blankets, and bolsters. This practice is one of deep relaxation that supports the meditative aspect of yoga, the joining together of body and mind. Through the use of props for support, many of the postures are held almost effortlessly.

Stretch & Meditate

Stretch & Meditate

A slower paced class focused on calming the mind and finding ease in the body.  A mixture of stretches to release, gentle flows to unwind and meditation to relax.  Suitable for all.

Vinyasa Flow

Our Vinyasa flow yoga class offers a dynamic and flowing practice that combines movement, breath and mindfulness.  This class is suitable for individuals of all levels, from beginners to experienced yogis.

Strong Vinyasa

Strong Vinyasa

Strong Vinyasa offers a similar fluidity of flow as our vinyasa classes but is designed for those looking to challenge their practice to cultivate strength, tone, and flexibility in a dynamic, challenging and fun class.  Not suitable for those who are very new or just discovering yoga.

Yin Yoga

Yin is slow and precise with long holds in each pose to work in the deeper ‘yin’ tissues of our ligaments, joints, deep networks of fascia and even our bones.  The perfect balance to a yang (fast paced, active) lifestyle.  We slow, we listen inwards, we hold.  The transformation over time is the reward.
