Welcome to our magnificent facilities at Knights Health and Fitness (situated on the same grounds as Knights Lodges).
Located in a beautiful rural setting, surrounded by nature, our facilities offer you:
- Onsite water vending machine
- Free and secure on-site parking
- A modern and welcoming mat-based yoga & Pilates studio, fully kitted with mats, props, equipment, underfloor heating and infra-red heaters (for our hot classes).
- Male and female changing rooms with showers, hairdryer, swim wear drying facilities and complimentary use of lockers
- A reformer Pilates studio, fully kitted with Align Reformer machines and equipment
- An 18 metre indoor heated swimming pool with a sauna. Customer numbers are capped at either 4 or 8 (depending on which session booked) for quality purposes
- 3 exceptional presented treatment rooms offering a wide range or relaxing spa and holistic treatments
- Fully air-conditioned and heated
About Our Swimming Pool
Our pool area is heated to around 30 degrees and offers a stunning 18 metre swimming pool with a depth of 1.35 metres all the way through. Surrounded by countryside views, our pool is open 7 days a week from 8am to 8pm, with the exception of Tuesdays and Thursdays, where it is open until 10pm.
Focussing on quality, our pool sessions are available to book in 2-hour sessions and are capped at 4 or 8 customers only depending on booking an adult only or all ages swim session. Our full swimming timetable can be found on our Knights Health and Fitness App.
There are many benefits to swimming including stress relief, improving your sleep, weight loss, pain relief and increasing your health and muscle strength. Swimming is a low impact exercise which can support bone density. It is also a recommended activity for injury recovery. Swimming is available to book via our pay as you go options or from a variety of our membership options.


About Our Sauna
Our sauna is located within our pool area and is available to use as part of your swimming session. Take a seat in our high-quality sauna and look out upon our stunning pool area surrounded by countryside views.
Having regular saunas brings many cardiovascular benefits such as reducing high blood pressure and improve respiratory fitness. Saunas can also support with pain relief and stress reduction. The heat can warm up the muscles before any physical activity and aid muscle relaxation post exercise.
It is important to avoid using a sauna with certain medical conditions. It is recommended to seek medical advice before using a sauna.
